Fall Fair will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024!
As usual, our volunteers will take over the church the week before our big event, transforming our 16,000 square foot church into a huge mixed market! Our volunteers have fun and work together to a common cause: FirstU's biggest annual fundraiser! It takes many people to organize and run an event as large as FirstU’s Fall Fair. We need lots of volunteers and, we promise, there's a job for YOU. URGENTLY NEEDED - FOOD CO-CONVENOR: Work with our Food Convenor to develop the menu, finalize suppliers, and recruit and oversee a collegial group of volunteers to sell and serve the food. HELP US FEED OUR VOLUNTEERS! We still need one or two soup makers to feed our much appreciated volunteers during set-up week. Volunteers are also needed to help with lunches for volunteers during set-up week. Contact [email protected]. HELP WITH CLEAN-UP AND DISPERSALS - Volunteers are needed to help pack up leftover items both at the end of the sale on the Saturday (Nov 16) as well as on the Sunday for those areas having post-sales.
