Our Fall Fair’s success depends on your donations of items to sell
Decluttering? Please set aside your gently used goods for our next sale, scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2024. We'll be accepting donations at the church, from 10:00am to 7:00pm, November 10-13 (Monday to Thursday only - November 14 is reserved for set-up). ​Thank you in advance!

Guidelines for Donations
​
Please Bring - In containers that one person can carry alone:
​
✔ Items over $30 value for the Silent Auction (tax receipts
           issued for final sale price or Fair Market Value)
✔ Books (NONE water-damaged, torn or mouldy/musty)
✔ China, crystal, glassware, silver, decor, tableware, gift
          items, cookware, collectibles
✔ Select Men's Clothing including:
  • Warm jackets and sweaters in good condition
  • Quality men's suits, jackets and pants
  • Footwear: dress shoes and winter boots only
✔ High Quality Women's Clothing in good condition, including:
  • Fall and winter jackets/coats
  • Higher-quality vacation wear, sportswear, dressy clothes
  • Designer or fancy jeans / pants
  • Dresses and midi (long) skirts
  • Sweaters
    Accessories such as high-end purses, belts, and hats
  • Winter or leather boots in good condition
✔ Linens in excellent condition
✔ CDs, vinyl records and DVDs
✔ Computers & accessories: quality stereos/speakers, radios,
           cell phones, flat screen TVs, software, 3D equipment,                          cables, cameras, laser printers, scanners
✔ Jewelry (including broken pieces – drop off IN ADVANCE
          all year at the Office) and Scarves including winter
✔ Puzzles
✔ Children’s toys, games    
✔ Sports and camping equipment
✔ Small appliances and tools
✔ Baking and Preserves
✔ Flea Market items in good condition

Please DO NOT Bring:
​
✘ Damaged, mouldy, or broken items
✘ Items larger than one person can carry
✘ Textbooks, encyclopedias or magazines; any books that are
water-damaged or torn or mouldy/musty, or out of date
✘ Children’s clothing or equipment (playpens, car-seats,
cribs, etc.)
✘ Men's jeans and t-shirts
✘ Women’s shoes, suits, short skirts, casual/summer clothing
✘ Fabrics & yarn
✘ Stuffed toys, cushions, or mattresses
✘ Large curtains or drapes
✘ Office supplies, binders, photo albums
✘ Items with advertising or logos
✘ Picture frames over 10"
✘ Ink-jet printers, old inkjet cartridges, portable cell phone chargers
✘ Helmets of any kind
