About the Role
The Director of Lifespan Faith Formation serves as our programmatic lead to cultivate a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for spiritual growth, learning, and connection across all generations. Working closely with our Senior Minister, Rev. Lara Cowtan, staff, and lay volunteers, the Director oversees our educational programs, coordinates volunteer-led initiatives, co-leads intergenerational worship, and manages our vital Our Whole Lives (OWL) sexuality education curriculum.
