gentle yoga at firstu

Looking for a yoga class near you?
Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation and positive thinking, aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind and environment. All fantastic reasons to practice!
Starting May 10, join us in Fellowship Hall for an hour of Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays, at 10am, with Barb Ryan.

Cost is $84 for all seven classes, or $12 per class on a drop-in basis.
To register, simply fill out the form below and hit "submit".

Payment can be made the following ways:
Cash
eTransfer (to fm@firstunitarianottawa.ca; with "yoga" on the memo line)
Cheque (made out to First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa, with "yoga" on the memo line)
Credit Card (you must visit the church office for this option)
