Does the UN criticize Israel more than any other country?

-Dr. Peter Larson, Chair of the Ottawa Forum on Israel/Palestine
In 1947, the UN created a Jewish State in order to protect Jews from ever having to face another Holocaust. Two years later, Israel was accepted as a full member of the UN. But since then, Israel has been the subject of more UN resolutions than any other country in the world, prompting Israel to say that the UN is “biased" against it. Is it true that the UN is biased against Israel?  If so, why is this the case?

Ottawa appointed the first liaison for anti-racism and ethnocultural relations this year, Councillor Rawlson King.
