Members who are unable to attend the Meeting are requested to designate another Member to vote on their behalf by submitting a Proxy form before noon on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 (“the Proxy Deadline”). Members may also designate a Proxy on the day of the Meeting during Voter Registration.
To designate a Proxy electronically before the Meeting, please copy the Proxy Form into a new email, complete the required information and email it to the Congregational Office ([email protected]) before the Proxy Deadline, from your email address on record with the Congregation. Please also send a copy to the email address of your designated Proxy Holder; they must inform the Congregational Office they agree to be Proxy for this Member.
Those without access to email should contact the Congregational Office at (613) 725-1066 before the Proxy Deadline to make other arrangements to specify a Proxy.
