Is compassion something that is programmed into us genetically that helps all of us prosper? Is it something we adopt in the process of becoming civilized adults despite our basic impulses? Do you have a different idea?

Is there any point to prayer? Is it relevant to UUs? Why do those of us who are atheists pray for help? Is meditation a form of communion? And what about hymns?

"LETTING GO"

When: Tuesday, March 1, 7:15 p.m.

Do you feel the need to "let go" of something? Have you been able to "let go" of something in the past? If so,did that help?

"WHOSE TRUTH? WHAT TRUTH?"

What does “a free and responsible search for truth and meaning” actually mean to you? How do we go about this? What is the source of truth for you? What can we learn from sharing our subjective truths with each other?  Join us for a stimulating and spiritual discussion on "Truth." Everyone is welcome.
