Chamber Music on ClearyCELEBRATING A NEW SEASON!Brochures for the 2010-2011 season of Chamber Music on Cleary Avenue are now available at the church, and will be posted here soon. You can buy your subscription package up until the date of the first concert, which is: Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. Well-Tempered Keyboards: music of travel and exotic places, with Maria Guenette, piano; and Robert Crutchfield, marimba. Individual tickets: $20 regular, $15 senior/student, or pay what you can. . * * * * * Note: If you are a musician who would like to be considered for a spot in our concert series, please contact Music Director Jane Perry at music@firstunitarianottawa.ca Concert proposals are accepted each year between January 1st and February 28th, for possible inclusion in the following season of concerts. The Cleary Avenue concert season runs from mid-September to mid-May. |
Traffic Diversion on ClearyWhile Charlesfort Construction is connecting utilities to the Continental construction site at Cleary and Richmond, Cleary Avenue traffic will be diverted to the East Podium Deck of the project, starting August 16 and continuing to August 27. During this period:- The west sidewalk on Cleary will be closed; please use the east sidewalk. - Traffic personnel will be on hand seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., to direct traffic. - Betweeen 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., signage and traffic barrels will clearly indicate access to Unitarian property.
