The Fall Fair cannot succeed without lots of volunteers so please consider joining the fun!

Fall Fair has a number of opportunities for youth to both help the congregation with the Fair & receive school volunteer hour credits. These include pre-Fair & Fair day for lunchroom help, moving furniture & donated items, packing goods, clean-up.

Helpers for unloading are on duty 10 - 11:30 am and 1-2:30 pm.
Please pack items in boxes if possible, rather than bags, and label 'like' things together.
if pick up or storage is required before Oct. 20, please contact Katherine Gunn, 613-729-0504. Items that you would like picked up or stored require 2 weeks advance notice.
Fair OPENS at 9:30 am on November 18th and CLOSES at 3 pm.
Guidelines for Donations
All items must be portable by a single person and be something you would buy yourself.
Please bring us your . . .
Jewellery, stamps and coins (immediately)
Clothing & accessories for adults and teens (no shoes please)
Books, CDs, tapes, records
Electronics (good repair)
Toys, Games, Puzzles
Fine artwork, glassware, china
Linens & curtains (no drapes)
Household items (kitchenware, tools, small furniture, knick-knacks)
Please do not bring us:
Items that are dirty, moldy or need repair (unless it is jewellery) Equipment for small children (cannot be resold)
Bathing Suits or Undergarments, (unless unworn and still tagged)
Children’s clothing (space issues)
Stuffed toys (these do not sell)
Old TVs or CRT monitors
Textbooks, magazines, National Geographic, or Reader’s Digest Condensed
