Environmental ActionDo you want to help build a sustainable world? The First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa has a Green Sanctuary Program to help our members live “environmental values.”
EWG also runs the Adopt-a-Riverbank Project. Our congregation has “adopted” three kilometres of the Ottawa riverbank from Woodroffe to Dominion. Currently, an informal group of volunteers takes on a spring clean-up of the shoreline.
